Complaints Handling Course - fully booked
A fascinating training session designed for business owners and managers who need assistance on the rules to handling a complaint.
Within this training course you will learn how to handle a complaint within the time requirements set by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), what you need to record on your complaints register and how to use this information to report to the FSA. The course also includes guidance on what firms requirements are to ensure they are compliant with the FSA rules.
The cost of the course is £115.00 per delegate.

Financial Promotions Workshop 1 - fully booked
Since the alarming research undertaken by the Financial Services Authority revealing that significant flaws were found in 81% of mortgage promotions, we have designed a workshop to help Mortgage Brokers understand the main rules when producing an advertisement.
The rules for advertising is expansive and therefore we will be running a number of different workshops on this topic. This workshop will include the basics rules explaining what is required within advertisements such as Yellow Pages and Newspapers. We will also look at producing stationery which is compliant with the FSA and Business Names Act.
The cost of this cost is £95.00 per delegate.
