Treating Customers Fairly

All firms authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) were required to have appropriate Management Information (MI) in place by March 2008 and must be able to demonstrate delivery of the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) fair outcomes for consumers by December 2008.
