2020 – Sounds futuristic doesn’t it! Well keep it that way and don’t allow anyone to back date your documents.
When writing, typing, signing and dating documents, we recommend that you should always do it as e.g. 31/01/2020, rather than 31/01/20. This is because someone could be rather sneaky and amend it by simply adding 18,19 or 21 afterwards e.g. 31/01/2019.
This isn’t paranoia, it’s just good business / compliance sense.
Be sure to mention it to your friends, family and business contacts to help safeguard them also.
