The FCA’s financial promotion rules do not apply to image advertisements which contain no more than:
- The name of the firm;
- A logo;
- A contact point;
- A brief, factual statement of the firm’s main occupation.
If you are producing an advert that includes more than the above then it will not be exempt and you will need to make sure that it meets with the Financial Promotion Rules and ensure that it is checked by someone with appropriate expertise
