Senior Managers & Certification Regime - SMCR Regime

The aim of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime – SMCR Regime – is to create individual accountability to encourage everyone, including staff to take personal responsibility for their actions. We provide a range of SMCR Regime training and documents  to support the new regime.

At Ecompli, we have been delivering SMCR Regime training sessions, so that firms understand exactly what the changes are. We have also produced a SMCR Manual that firms can circulate to staff to read, which can count towards their CPD. In addition, we have produced a range of other templates including a Statement of Responsibilities, Certification Assessments and Certificates that Brokers can use. We like to help firms as much as we can. After reading over 2,000 pages of Consultation and Policy Papers, we believe we can do just that.

Statement of Responsibilities & Certification Assessments Mortgage Bundle
